Caroline Shaw The Evergreen
(b. 1982)
Evergreen is an immersive musical experience that reimagines the traditional concert as a space for reflection and connection with the natural world. Curated by and featuring returning MfS artists violinist Hyun Jeong Lee and violist John Batchelder, this cross-disciplinary program—rooted in Caroline Shaw’s “The Evergreen”—invites audiences to reflect on their relationship with nature and the subtle yet profound ways climate change shapes everyday life.
