Caroline Shaw The Evergreen
(b. 1982)
Under the direction of John Batchelder, the program features works by contemporary composers all drawing on the planet for inspiration. A musical mapping of 133 years of climate to a reimagining of Vivaldi‘s The Four Seasons utilizing clay pots to Caroline Shaw‘s ode to the wisdom of the forests in The Evergreen… it is a musical journey through our environment.
There will be appetizers, buffet dinner, desserts, wine, Prosecco, a signature cocktail, and sparkling water.
Enjoy both a silent and a live auction.
